How To Make Broiled Salmon with Rosemary

  • 4pcssalmon
  • olive oil spray
  • 2tsplemon juice,fresh
  • 2tsprosemary,fresh, chopped
  • 2clovesgarlic,minced
  • salt and fresh pepper,to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the lemon juice, rosemary, salt and pepper, and garlic in a bowl. Brush the mixture onto the fish.

  2. Spray the rack of a broiler pan with olive oil spray and place the fish in it.

  3. Broil the fish 4 inches from the heat for approximately 4 to 6 minutes per ½-inch thickness, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

  4. If the fish is more than 1-inch thick, gently turn it halfway through broiling to cook it properly.
