This boiled tongue will take you on an adventure of flavors! Tender beef tongue is perfectly boiled with salt for a melt-in-your-mouth dish.

Instructions

  1. Place the tongue in a soup pot with the salt, and add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook for about 2½ to 3 hours until the outer skin begins to peel off.

  2. Peel off the thick outer skin, and serve. Enjoy!
