How To Make Thai Barbecue Chicken
A delicious Thai marinade of soy sauce, fish sauce, and cilantro gives so much flavor to this barbecue chicken. This is best served with grilled vegetables.

Ingredients
- 2lbschicken thighs,boneless
- ⅓cupfresh cilantro,chopped
- 1tbspginger,minced
- 1tbspgarlic,minced
- 1½tbspsoy sauce
- 1½tbspfish sauce
- 1½tbspolive oil
- 1½tbspbrown sugar
- cilantro for garnish,chopped
- fresh veggies for grilling,optional
Instructions

In a small bowl combine cilantro ginger, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, olive oil and brown sugar. Add the chicken to a ziplock bag and marinate for 3 hours or overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Grill the chicken about 3 to 4 minutes each side or until cooked throughout and no longer pink.

Serve over grilled veggies if desired. Garnish with additional cilantro and red pepper flakes.
