- 24ozlean pork chops,(4 chops), boneless
- 4garlic cloves,crushed
- ½tspcumin
- ½tspchili powder
- ½tsppaprika
- ½lime,juiced
- 1tsplime zest
- 1tspkosher salt and fresh pepper
Instructions

Trim the fat off the pork.

In a large bowl, season the pork with garlic, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Squeeze the lime juice and some zest from the lime, then let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
