How To Make Oven-Grilled Barbecue Ribs
Enjoy this fall-off-the-bone tender barbecue ribs, slow-cooked and then oven-grilled for that superb flavor and moist meat. Serve this with easy BBQ sauce.

Ingredients
For Ribs:
- 3lbsbaby back ribs,2 slabs
- 2onions,sliced
- 4clovesgarlic,sliced
For Rib Rub:
- 1tbsppaprika
- 1tbspbrown sugar
- ¾tspgarlic powder
- ¾tsponion powder
- ½tspblack pepper
- ½tsplemon pepper
- ½tspSalt,to taste
For BBQ Rib Sauce:
- ¼cupketchup
- ½cupchili sauce
- ½cupBBQ Sauce,your favorite
Instructions

Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Mix together rib rub ingredients. Set aside.

Remove the white membrane from the backside of the ribs. Rinse ribs under cold water and blot dry with paper towels

Massage Rib Rub into the ribs. Place ribs on a foil-lined tray and cover with sliced onion and garlic.

Cover and seal with another piece of foil

Bake ribs for 2 hours. Carefully open the corner of the sealed foil and make sure they are tender.

Meanwhile, combine barbecue sauce ingredients together.

Remove ribs and discard juices, onions, and garlic. Brush ribs with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper or brush generously with BBQ sauce.

Grill or broil over medium-high heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Bake the ribs for an additional 20 minutes if it is not tender yet.
