How To Make Grilled Shrimp

Switch up your usual recipe with this grilled shrimp dish for your next party! Jumbo shrimp is marinated in red wine vinegar and soy sauce for a smoky bite.

Cooking: 5 minutes
Marinate Time: 1 hour
Total: 1 hour 20 minutes



  • 1lbjumbo shrimp,peeled and deveined
  • salt and pepper,to taste
  • ½cupolive oil
  • ¼cupred wine vinegar
  • 3clovesgarlic,minced
  • 1tbsp*Italian seasoning,(see Recipe Notes for recipe)
  • 1tbsplemon juice
  • 2tbspsoy sauce
  • 1tspdijon mustard
  • 1tbspworcestershire sauce


  1. Salt and pepper the shrimp. In a medium sized bowl combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, soy sauce, Dijon Mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

  2. Add the shrimp and let marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

  3. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Thread the shrimp on the skewers. Place on the grill. Grill on each side for about 2 minutes or until no longer pink.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
