How To Make Grilled Sherry Pork Chops
You can’t go wrong with whipping up this pork chops recipe! Tender chops are marinated with sherry cooking wine and molasses, then grilled for a juicy meal.

Ingredients
- ¼cupHolland House® Sherry Cooking Wine
- ¼cupmolasses
- 2tbspsoy sauce
- 4pork chops,(1-inch thick)
Instructions

In a plastic bowl, combine the sherry, molasses and soy sauce; pour over pork chops.

Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Prepare the grill. Drain the pork chops.

Grill the pork chops over medium-high heat for 20 to 30 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center, turning once and brushing frequently with marinade. Do not baste during last 5 minutes of grilling. Discard any remaining marinade.
