How To Make Grilled Seasoned Brussels Sprouts
These grilled brussels sprouts are well-seasoned with tasteful seasoning, then charred to perfection. Serve these up as an all-around side dish.

Ingredients
- 1½lbsBrussels sprouts,trimmed, halved lengthwise
- 4tbspolive oil
- 1tbsplemon juice
- 1¼tspkosher salt
- ¼tspblack pepper
- 1½tspdried Italian seasoning
- 1½tspgarlic,minced
- 1tbspparsley leaves,chopped, plus sprigs for garnish
- lemon wedges,for serving, optional
Instructions

Place the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and minced garlic in a large bowl. Whisk until well combined.

Add the Brussels sprouts to the bowl, then toss to coat.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Thread the sprouts onto wood or metal skewers.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium high heat.

Cook the skewers for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until browned and tender.

Place the skewers on a serving plate, or remove the sprouts from the skewers.

Sprinkle with parsley, then garnish with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs.
