How To Make Grilled Seasoned Brussels Sprouts

These grilled brussels sprouts are well-seasoned with tasteful seasoning, then charred to perfection. Serve these up as an all-around side dish.

Ingredients

  • lbsBrussels sprouts,trimmed, halved lengthwise
  • 4tbspolive oil
  • 1tbsplemon juice
  • tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspblack pepper
  • tspdried Italian seasoning
  • tspgarlic,minced
  • 1tbspparsley leaves,chopped, plus sprigs for garnish
  • lemon wedges,for serving, optional

Instructions

  1. Place the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and minced garlic in a large bowl. Whisk until well combined.

  2. Add the Brussels sprouts to the bowl, then toss to coat.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes or up to 2 hours.

  4. Thread the sprouts onto wood or metal skewers.

  5. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium high heat.

  6. Cook the skewers for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until browned and tender.

  7. Place the skewers on a serving plate, or remove the sprouts from the skewers.

  8. Sprinkle with parsley, then garnish with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs.

  9. Serve, and enjoy!
