How To Make Grilled Rosemary Lamb Chops
Indoors or out, these grilled lamb chops seasoned with rosemary, lime juice, garlic, and more make a juicy dish that you can cook on the grill or on the pan.

Ingredients
- 8lamb loin chops,trimmed of fat 3½ oz each bone-in
- 6clovesgarlic,crushed
- 1tspolive oil,extra-virgin
- ¼cuplemon juice,fresh
- 1tbsprosemary leaves,fresh
- 1¼tspkosher salt
- pepper,freshly ground, to taste
Instructions

Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and rosemary in a small bowl.

Season the lamb with salt and pepper and cover with marinade. Marinate at least 1 hour, overnight if possible.

Discard the marinade, then grill over medium-high heat to desired liking, about 5 minutes on each side or broil in the oven.
