How To Make Grilled Potatoes in Foil
Butter, onion, salt, and pepper make these grilled potatoes so delectable, having the right amount of crispness and an irresistible smoky flavor.
Ingredients
- 3lbspotatoes,cut ¼-inch slices, unpeeled
- 1small onion,thinly
- 3tbspbutter
- salt and pepper,to taste
For Optional Toppings:
- mushrooms
- real bacon bits
- cheese
Instructions

Place foil packets on the counter and spray with cooking spray.

Wash and slice potatoes (and onions/mushrooms if using).

Place potato slices (approximately 1 potato per packet) and any optional toppings on each foil piece. Top with a generous pat of butter and salt/pepper to taste. Fold each packet closed.

Grill over medium heat for about 30 minutes or until soft.
