Pistachio salmon is an elegant grilled dish with a sweet pistachio glaze covering a tender, melt-in-your-mouth, and flaky salmon fillet.

  • 6ozsalmon,(6 fillets each)
  • 1cuppistachios,chopped
  • 3tbsplemon juice
  • ½cupbrown sugar,packed
  • 1tspdill weed,optional
  • 1tsppepper


  1. Combine the pistachios, sugar, lemon juice, dill and pepper. Spoon evenly over salmon fillets.

  2. Grill covered over high heat 5 to 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
