How To Make Grilled Cumin Spiced Pork Tenderloin

For a dinner with the least effort & maximum flavor, try this pork tenderloin recipe. It’s seasoned with a cumin & paprika rub before grilling until tender.

For Cumin Spice Rub:

  • ½tbspcumin
  • 1tspgarlic powder
  • 1tspchili powder
  • 1tspkosher salt
  • ½tsppaprika
  • ¼tspblack pepper

For Pork Tenderloin:

  • 18ozpork tenderloin

Instructions

  1. Combine the spices then season the tenderloin all over.

  2. Preheat the grill to high, or preheat the broiler to high.

  3. Grill or broil the tenderloin, covered on high 5 minutes on each side, then move to indirect heat. If grilling, cover the grill and cook an additional 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway, until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the center reads 14 degrees F. For a thicker tenderloin, add more time.

  4. Let the pork rest about 5 minutes before slicing.
