How To Make Grilled Chicken Thighs

These grilled chicken thighs are marinated with a soy-sauce based concoction that’s mixed with ketchup and honey for sweet and sour undertones.

Marinate Time: 30 minutes
Total: 55 minutes



  • 2lbschicken thighs,boneless skinless

For Marinade:

  • 2tbspsoy sauce
  • 2tbsphoney
  • 2tbspketchup
  • ¼cuporange juice
  • 2green onions,sliced
  • 1clovegarlic,minced
  • 1tbspginger,finely minced
  • 1tbspsweet rice wine,optional


  1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a small bowl.

  2. Combine chicken and marinade ingredients in a bowl or freezer bag.

  3. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  4. Preheat grill to medium. Remove chicken from marinade and discard any marinade.

  5. Grill chicken thighs for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through and no pink remains.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy.
