How To Make Grilled Chicken Breasts

Chicken marinated in a lemon marinade then grilled to a tender meal for dinner, these grilled chicken breasts are perfect to prepare for summer.

  • 2lbschicken breasts,boneless skinless, about 5 pieces
  • ¼cupolive oil
  • 3tbsplemon juice
  • ½tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspblack pepper,coarse ground


  1. Place the chicken between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound the thicker parts with a rolling pin or meat tenderizer until the thickness is about even.

  2. Place all the ingredients into a bowl or large ziplock bag together and let marinate for 60 minutes.

  3. Heat your grill to medium-high and oil the grate with a paper towel.

  4. Grill the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes on each side then let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
