Grilled Boneless Pork Chops Recipe

The sweet homemade marinade of apple juice, honey and sherry makes these chops savory and sweet. Grill them till you get that nice grill pattern on the meat.


How To Make Grilled Boneless Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 12 pork chops, boneless center-cut, 6 oz.
  • 3/4 cup apple juice
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp dry sherry
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl except pork chops.

  2. Reserve a small amount of marinade for basting and pour the rest over pork chops in a large Ziplock bag and place in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours. Remove chops from marinade.

  3. Grill pork five inches from heat source 12-15 minutes, turning once, to an internal temperature of 155-160 degrees. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade.
