How To Make Garlic Herb Grilled Chicken Thighs
This nutritious herb grilled chicken recipe is served with a chicken perfectly marinated in fresh basil, parsley, oregano, rosemary, and thyme mixture.

Ingredients
- 2lbsboneless skinless chicken thighs,6 pieces, trim visible fat
- 6tbspolive oil
- 3tbspfresh lemon juice
- ½cupfresh basil,chopped
- ½cupfresh parsley,chopped
- 1tbspfresh oregano,minced
- 1tbspfresh rosemary,minced
- 2tspfresh thyme,minced
- 1tbspgarlic,minced
- salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste
Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, basil, parsley, oregano, rosemary, thyme, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place chicken in a gallon-size resealable bag. Pour marinade mixture over chicken. Seal bag while pressing out excess air.

Rub marinade over chicken while turning pieces to coat with herbs and garlic until it is evenly distributed.

Transfer to the refrigerator and let marinate for 1 to 8 hours. Preheat a gas grill over medium-high heat to about 425 degrees F.

Grill chicken until center registers 165 degrees F in thickest portion for about 5 minutes per side.

Let rest a few minutes before serving. Garnish with more fresh basil and parsley if desired.
