Ingredients
- 1lbshrimppeeled and deveined
Marinade:
- 4garlic clovesminced
- ⅓cupolive oil
- 2tbspparsleychopped
- 1tbspfresh basilchopped
- 2tsplemon juice
- 1tbsptomato paste
- ½tspsalt
- ½tspblack pepper
Garlic Butter:
- 1garlic cloveminced
- ¼cupbuttermelted
- 1tspparsleychopped
- lemon wedgesfor serving, optional
Instructions

Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Allow shrimp to marinate at least 20 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium heat.

Thread shrimp on skewers and grill 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove from skewers and place in a serving bowl.
