How To Make Easy Honey Chipotle Salmon
Tantalize your taste buds with flaky and tender chipotle salmon, made sweet with honey, and hot with tasteful chili peppers.

Ingredients
- ⅓cupunsalted butter,melted
- ¼cuphoney
- 2garlic cloves,minced
- 1tspground chipotle chili pepper
- ½tsppepper
- ½tspsalt
- 4salmon filets,or a large 2 lb filet
Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk the butter, honey, garlic, chili pepper, salt, and pepper.

Place the salmon in a zipped-top bag, then pour half of the marinade on top. Shake the bag to fully cover the salmon with the marinade.

Marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 8 hours.

Fire up the grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the salmon skin side down for 15 minutes or until the salmon reaches 145 degrees F internal heat.*

Brush the warm salmon with remaining marinade, serve, and enjoy!
