How To Make Easy Grilled Jerk Chicken
Sink your teeth into this juicy jerk chicken, packed with flavorful seasonings of nutmeg and allspice, then grilled, for a charred and smoky dish!

Ingredients
- 4chicken breasts,boneless, skinless
- 6green onions,chopped
- 1onion,chopped
- 1jalapeno pepper,seeded, minced
- ¾cupsoy sauce
- ½cupdistilled white vinegar
- ¼cupvegetable oil
- 2tbspbrown sugar
- 1tbspfresh thyme,chopped
- ½tbspground cloves
- ½tspground nutmeg
- ½tspground allspice
Instructions

Add the chicken to a large bowl or Ziploc bag, and place the bag in a bowl.

In a food processor, add the green onions, onion, jalapeno, soy sauce, vinegar, vegetable oil, brown sugar, thyme, cloves, nutmeg and allspice, then puree until smooth.

Add the marinade to the chicken, then leave for as long as possible, up to 24 hours.

Heat the grill of choice, indoor or outdoor, to medium high heat. Lightly oil the grilling surface.

Grill on each side for 5 to 7 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken, until the chicken is completely cooked through.
