How To Make BBQ Baked Chicken Wings

This version of the barbecued chicken wings is leaner and has fewer calories. The barbecue sauce is rich and thick with a combination of sweet and tangy.

  • 18chicken wings,skin removed
  • 2cupsHomemade BBQ Sauce,skinny

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, then place a wire rack on top of it and grease it with cooking spray.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken wings and half of the barbecue sauce. Gently toss to coat.

  4. Transfer chicken wings to the prepared baking rack, and line them up in a single layer.

  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

  6. Remove from oven, then brush with the remaining half of the barbecue sauce. Serve warm.
