How To Make Potato Stuffing
Make this buttery potato stuffing for an easy side dish this holiday. This recipe serves a filling bite using white bread & mashed potato.
- 1 onion, large, finely chopped
- 3 celery ribs, finely chopped
- 6 tbsp butter, cubed
- 2 slices white bread, torn
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large saucepan, saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Remove from the heat. Stir in the bread, potatoes and parsley. Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes until top is lightly browned.
