How To Make Pork Chops with Bacon and Cabbage
These pork chops are sure to bring you comfort in every bite. Coupled with bacon and cabbage, this creamy dish makes for a great fall dinner.

Ingredients
- 2tbspolive oil
- 4pork chops,bone-in
- coarse salt
- ground pepper
- 4bacon strip
- 1medium onion
- 1headgreen cabbage
- 3tbspall purpose flour
- 3cupswhole milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Set a large heavy roasting pan across two burners over high heat; add oil and heat. Season pork with salt and pepper; brown on one side. Flip and cook 1 minute more. Transfer to a plate.

Reduce heat to medium. Add bacon; cook until golden. Add onion; cook until softened. Add cabbage, cut side down, and cook until light golden. Flip and cook until slightly tender.

Add flour and stir until coated. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.

Season with salt and pepper, then nestle pork chops in sauce. Transfer pan to oven. Bake until pork is cooked through. This will take about 10 minutes.
