  • ½ cup margarine
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 20 oz pineapple, crushed, drained
  • 5 slices white bread, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch baking pan.

  2. In a mixing bowl, cream margarine and sugar. Beat in the eggs 1 at a time, then add the pineapple and bread cubes.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Let sit a few minutes to firm up before serving.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
