How To Make Party Potatoes
This party potatoes recipe is enough reason to celebrate on its own. This creamy, cheesy dish can be made ahead of time and it will still be great.

Ingredients
- 4 cup mashed potatoes, (about 8 to 10 large) or 4 cups prepared instant potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 fl oz cream cheese, 1 package, softened
- 1 tsp chives, minced
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, chives and garlic powder. Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole. Combine bread crumbs with butter; sprinkle over potatoes.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes. Top with cheese and serve immediately.
