You don't need to put in a lot of work to make this deliciously savory Italian pork chops recipe. This baked meat dish comes together in less than an hour.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb pork chops, about 3 to 4 pieces
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1⁄2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Rub salt and pepper on the pork chops.
  2. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and let stand for 30 minutes. can penetrate to the meat. This adds more flavor and aroma.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  4. Bake the Italian pork chops for 25 to 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate.

  6. Serve hot with favorite sauce on the side. Share and enjoy!
