How To Make Hidden Valley Ranch Chicken

Ranch chicken is a baked dish that takes chicken breast & coats it in a mix of parmesan, bread crumbs, & ranch seasoning to create the perfect savory meal.

Total: 45 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4chicken breasts,boneless skinless
  • ½cuppanko bread crumbs
  • ¼cupparmesan cheese,grated
  • 1tspgarlic salt
  • dash of lemon pepper
  • 3tbspHidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning,(or 1 seasoning packet)
  • 4tbspbutter,divided

Instructions

  1. Place crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, lemon pepper and Hidden Valley Mix in a bowl and mix.

  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and dip chicken breasts in butter and then dip in mixture of crumbs.

  3. Placed in a greased pan. Top with 2 tablespoons of melted butter.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes.Enjoy!
