How To Make Green Harissa Salmon
A burst of mouthwatering flavors, this green harissa salmon recipe is made with freshly caught salmon and smothered with special harissa sauce.

Ingredients
- 1lbwild salmon fillet,skin on
- 2tbspmina green spicy harissa
- ½lemon zest,plus 4 wedges for serving
- ¼tspkosher salt
- ½tspraw sugar
Instructions

Line a baking sheet with foil and heat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Cut salmon in 4 pieces and season with kosher salt.

Spread harissa over the top of the filet and sprinkle with lemon zest.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until just opaque. Remove salmon from oven and set to broil.

Sprinkle sugar on top of the fillet and return it to the oven for an additional 2 to 4 minutes until beginning to brown at edges and caramelize on top.

Sprinkle with additional zest, if desired, and serve with lemon wedges.
