How To Make Garlic Parmesan Baked Potato Chips

- 4medium potatoes,scrubbed, not peeled
- 4tbspolive oil
- ¼tspgarlic powder,onion powder, and pepper
- salt,to taste
- 4tbspparmesan cheese,fresh, divided
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a pan with parchment paper.
Slice the potatoes to ¼-inch thick, then toss them with olive oil, the garlic powder seasoning, and 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese.
Bake in a single layer for 30 minutes or until browned, flipping the potatoes after 15 minutes.
Once browned, top with the remaining 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese.
Bake an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese bubbles and browns.
