- 2lbssweet potatoes,peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks
- ½cupunsalted butter,cubed
- ½cupbrown sugar,packed
- ¼tspkosher salt
- 1tspcinnamon
- 16ozmini marshmallows,optional
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Toss the sweet potatoes, butter, brown sugar and salt in a bowl.

Transfer them in a 9 x 13-inch pan or on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle over the cinnamon evenly, then bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until fork tender.

Add the marshmallows on top, then broil 6 inches away from the top broiler for 30 to 40 seconds until browned.
