How To Make Easy Baked Zucchini

Serve a simple yet appetizing side with this baked zucchini. It’s tossed with olive oil and seasonings, topped with cheese, then broiled until tender-crisp.

  • 2medium zucchini,sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • ½tspItalian seasoning
  • salt and pepper,to taste
  • cupParmesan cheese,shredded, divided


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Toss zucchini slices with olive oil, seasoning, salt and pepper, and about 2 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese.

  3. Place on a baking sheet and top with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake for 5 minutes.

  4. Turn oven to broil, place pan near the top, and broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and zucchini is tender-crisp.
