  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups of panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of paprika
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Pound the chicken breasts with a meat mallet until they are about 1/2 inch thick.

  3. In a shallow dish, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.

  4. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

  5. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  6. Fry the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

  7. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
