- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups of panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of paprika
- Cooking oil for frying

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pound the chicken breasts with a meat mallet until they are about 1/2 inch thick.
