Ingredients
- 6 tortillas
- 1 ¼ cup chicken, cooked
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
- ½ cup green chilies, diced
- ½ cup mild green chili salsa
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions

Mix together chicken (diced or shredded), green chilies, salsa, sour cream, and 1 tsp. salt in a bowl

Mix heavy cream and 1 tsp. salt in a seperate bowl.
- Dip tortillas in cream and fill with chicken mixture.
- Roll and place in ungreased baking dish.
- Pour any remaining cream over enchiladas and top with cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
