How To Make Christmas Chicken
Make your holiday more festive with this Christmas chicken recipe. This is a baked chicken and ham macaroni salad dish that is perfect for the family.
Ingredients
- 1.8 kg chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless, (16 pieces)
- 2 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp celery salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 2 cup butter-flavored crackers, crushed
- ½ cup canola oil
- ½ cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Place the chicken in 2 large shallow bowls. In another bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Pour over chicken; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Drain and discard marinade. Coat chicken with cracker crumbs; place in 2 greased 13x9-inch baking dishes.

Combine oil and butter; drizzle over chicken. Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 165 degrees F. This takes about 30 to 35 minutes.
