  • 1 lb. bacon, sliced
  • 1 cup apple, peeled, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 ½ cups Original Bisquick pancake mix
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded


  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease an 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. In a 12-inch skillet, cook bacon over low heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until crisp.

  3. Drain on paper towels and crumble the bacon before setting aside.

  4. In a small bowl, mix apple and sugar. Spread in the baking dish.

  5. In a medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs until blended. Pour over apple mixture.

  6. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.

  7. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve.
