  • ½cupbread crumbs
  • 12ozfillets swai fish,(3 fillets)
  • ½cupcreamy salad dressing,such as Miracle Whip®
  • ¾cupAsiago cheese,shredded
  • salt and ground black pepper,to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Put bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Press swai fish, skin-side down, in bread crumbs.

  3. Spread creamy salad dressing onto the exposed side of each fillet.

  4. Arrange fillets in a baking dish and top with Asiago cheese, then season with salt and pepper.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
