How To Make Baked Fire Popper Chicken
This fire popper chicken is a healthier twist to a rib-sticking dish. Baked in honey-brown sugar with fresh minced garlic. Such a sumptuous dinner meal!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine and mix the garlic, onion powder, sugar, brown sugar, honey, and hot sauce.
Add the chicken into the bowl and make sure it is well covered.
Place the chicken breasts onto your baking pan and the thighs, skin side down.
Pour any excess sauce over the chicken.
Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes on the bottom rack of your oven.
Cool on the pan. Flip the thighs skin side up before the glaze hardens to the foil.
