  • 3cod filets,cut in half
  • salt and pepper,to taste

For Cajun Garlic Butter Cream:

  • ¼cupbutter,melted
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • 3garlic cloves,minced
  • 1tbspcajun seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. In a 9×13-inch baking dish, add the cod and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cajun Garlic Butter Cream:
