About Kraemer’s Culinary Blog

When Chef Frank Kraemer found the time to create his blog, he wanted it to be about his culinary passion. He even opted to include his views on the current food trends. Born and raised in Germany, he completed Culinary School and his three-year apprenticeship in the same country.

He gained experience by cooking in restaurants with varying types of cuisines from the Caribbean to Asia. He later took his career to the Caribbean where he spent six years working as a chef. This later catapulted him to work in New York as an Executive Chef. And lead him to work for 4-Diamond Boutique Hotel for almost 10 years in the making.
