How To Make Nutmeg and Vanilla Pudding
A creamy and comforting dessert with the warm flavors of nutmeg and vanilla.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of milk
- ½ cup of sugar
- 3 tbsp of cornstarch
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp of ground nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

In a saucepan, whisk together the milk, sugar, cornstarch, egg yolks, and salt until smooth.

Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and begins to boil.

Reduce the heat to low and stir in the vanilla extract and ground nutmeg.

Continue to cook and stir for about 2 minutes until the pudding is thick and creamy.

Remove from heat and pour the pudding into 4 serving dishes.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
