Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie pan.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.

  4. Stir in spinach and onion.

  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.

  6. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are golden brown.

  7. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
