Ingredients

  • 1 small ham (4-5 lbs)
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Score the ham in a diamond pattern.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the nutmeg, cloves, and brown sugar.

  4. Rub the spice mixture over the entire surface of the ham.

  5. In another small bowl, mix together the honey and Dijon mustard until well-combined.

  6. Brush the honey-mustard mixture over the ham.

  7. Roast the ham for 2 hours, or until cooked through.

  8. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
