Instructions

  1. Crumble the tofu into a food processor.

  2. Add the nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  4. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
