How To Make Vegan Pecan Cheese Recipe

  • 1 cup raw pecans, soaked overnight
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Drain the soaked pecans and add them to a food processor with the nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Pulse until finely chopped.

  2. With the food processor running, slowly add the water until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

  3. Transfer the cheese mixture to a small dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
