How To Make Vegan Pecan Camembert Cheese Recipe
Creamy, nutty, and delicious vegan cheese made with pecans.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of raw pecans, soaked overnight
- 1/4 cup of rejuvelac or vegan yogurt
- 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 cup of chopped pecans for topping
Instructions

Drain the soaked pecans and add them to a food processor or blender.

Add in the rejuvelac or vegan yogurt, nutritional yeast, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Transfer the mixture into a cheesecloth-lined bowl and cover with a towel. Let it sit at room temperature for 24-48 hours until it starts to ferment and thicken.

Once the cheese has thickened, shape it into a wheel and coat it with chopped pecans.

Cover the cheese and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
