Ingredients
- 2 cups of full-fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp of tapioca starch
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of salt
Instructions

In a medium pot, combine coconut milk, nutritional yeast, tapioca starch, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the mixture thickens and resembles cheese, about 10-15 minutes.

Remove from heat and allow the cheese to cool for 10 minutes.

Pour and evenly spread the cheese into a ramekin lined with parchment paper.

Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until cheese is firm.
