Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of lime juice
- 1/2 cup of skim milk
- 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of cornstarch
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of lime zest
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 reduced fat graham cracker crust

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a medium saucepan, whisk together lime juice, milk, Greek yogurt, and honey over medium heat.

In a separate bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water until smooth. Add to the saucepan and whisk.
