Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 lime
- Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, and melted butter to make the crust.

Press the crust mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. Let it cool completely.

In a food processor, blend avocados, lime juice, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and lime zest until smooth.
