Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, sweetener, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Mix until smooth and well-combined.

  4. Scoop out tablespoonfuls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Flatten each ball of dough with a fork, making a crisscross pattern.

  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Allow the cookies to cool for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
