Ingredients

  • 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and coat a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Blend black beans, eggs, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and baking powder in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour batter into the baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before slicing and serving.
