How To Make Spinach and Feta Phyllo Triangles Recipe
A flaky and savory appetizer filled with spinach and feta cheese.

Ingredients
- 8 phyllo pastry sheets
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a bowl, mix together the spinach, feta, green onions, salt, and pepper.

Cut the phyllo pastry sheets into 3-inch wide strips.

On a flat surface brush each strip with the melted butter.

Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture onto the bottom of the pastry strip.

Fold the pastry diagonally to form a triangle shape and repeat until the entire phyllo pastry strip is folded.

Brush the triangles with the remaining melted butter.

Place the triangles onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
